IT Project Manager

    IT Technician

    ADVYON Business Technology, an award-winning information technology (IT)  company located in Summerville SC, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to work directly with businesses in the Charleston, SC area. We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service as well as technology to add to our growing team.

    The IT support specialist is a generalist position devoted to all aspects of computer set-up, installation, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and maintenance. The position includes connecting computers to each other or the rest of the network; printing, both locally and on the network; and auxiliary devices such as tablets, PDAs, and smartphones. All job duties can be performed remotely from a central location, in the customer’s work environment, or in a combination of the two. The position may require some physical activity such as lifting and moving computer equipment into place or crawling in tight spaces.

      Marketing Project Manager

      Objectives of this Role

      • Lead a Design, Content, and Development team in a Marketing Agency setting

        ADVYON in Summerville, SC, is seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of marketing materials across digital and print media, for a variety of clients and companies, in a marketing agency setting. To be successful in this position, you must manage your time wisely between multiple projects and deadlines, be a strong team player, and be resourceful in finding creative solutions to design needs.

        Objectives of this Role

        • Use various Adobe software on a daily basis, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
        • Create various print and digital design media, such as websites, logos, flyers, social media banners and graphics, advertisements, booklets, and more
        • Use page layout design skills to develop digital materials such as website pages and emails in WordPress, WP Bakery, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact
        • Assist in various marketing and office tasks in addition to design needs

        The Designer on the ADVON Team will be involved in the following operations:

        • Websites:
          • We design and develop custom websites for our clients, and you will be involved from start to finish. The process is not the same production template for each client, as every client’s needs may vary, but a typical website project includes:
            • Project discovery: hosting client meetings and creating project quotes
            • Wireframe and content planning: creating the plan for the website with the entire marketing team and drawing a wireframe
            • Design: implementing all planning into a formalized design and layout including home page, menu, mobile, and internal page designs. 
            • Review: reviewing with internal team and client 
            • Development: working with our developer to ensure they have all necessary information to program the website
            • Create internal pages: working with Content Writer to create internal pages, review the development site, and ensure final production is complete and satisfactory. 
        • Print and Digital Designs:
          • We are involved in various forms of design productions, and general design tasks will vary drastically from day to day. The Designer will be creating digital materials for
            • Social media posts, banners, and profile images
            • Business cards, flyers, booklets, etc.
        • Brand Development:
          • Brand development is more than just a logo design. We provide comprehensive usage guidelines to our clients, and plan the brand package as an entire look and feel for a company including:
            • Logo design
            • Colors 
            • Fonts 
            • Imagery
            • Design style for future materials
        • Various additional Marketing and Office tasks, such as:
          • Answering tickets/emails from clients
          • Simple website/page updates through Content Management Systems, primarily WordPress
          • Creating page layouts through WYSIWYG editors
          • Newsletter and Email designs and creations through programs like Constant Contact and MailChimp
          • Generating and developing business listings, such as Google My Business and Yelp listings

          Graphic Design And Marketing Assistant

          The Marketing Assistant at ADVYON will be responsible for daily operations and workflow in the marketing department. The Marketing Assistant will be in charge of various tasks to ensure project deadlines and client needs are met.

          You will be responsible for setting up and managing various ad campaigns for clients, managing small website updates in the WordPress platform, creating emails and landing pages using templates, answering support tickets, and other various marketing tasks.You’ll also be in charge of developing monthly reports for clients that detail their overall performance. You will communicate with the clients directly about these reports, including some in-person meetings as needed.
