We primarily deliver items directly to our clients. However, if needed, we can also ship items via USPS mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Return Policy

Items should be returned in their original condition. Upon receiving your return, we will provide tracking information via USPS mail to ensure you can track the status of your returned items.

Cancellation Policy
For subscription services or contracts, we require a 30-day notice prior to cancellation. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Any payments due for cancellation will also be returned within this timeframe.
