Getting files to show up in Network folder

Remove the following registry keys HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoRemoteRecursiveEvents HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoRemoteChangeNotify HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters] “DirectoryCacheLifetime”=dword:00000000 Restart explorer and try again!
